I've been in Las Vegas for work all week and I'm just now getting settled back into my routine.
So happy to be back home. I felt like I was cooped up in a concrete building for four days and never saw a tree, the sun, or felt the wind. It was work after all, not play time.
One of the highlights of my work week was going over to the Bellagio Hotel for dinner at Sensi.
Isn't that beautiful?
I had no idea what was going on, I just knew from the minute we arrived I was
digging the decor.
A pair of giant Foo dogs greeted you at the entrance. My kind of
place. Let's go inside and find our restaurant.
I'm starting to catch on to something here, but what?
The glass ceiling was a colorful lighted piece of art. You can see that no detail was left out
as you look to the amazing rug under the grand lobby decor.
This was equally intriguing.
Okay, I get it now! It's the Chinese New Year!
Year of the Horse!
You can see from the people standing that this was
a magnificent display, full of celebration, and color.
It reminded me of the floats from the Rose Parade on News Years Day.
Simply stated, it was a sight to see.
Dinner was fantastic too.
Thanks for stopping in, as I'll be showing you the framing that
I picked up just before I left!
Have a great weekend,
