A beautiful VRBO...

I had the pleasure of celebrating my friends Birthday at her home in San Diego. Her husband built the home about 12 years ago.
It is now being used as a VRBO. It had been quite a few years since I had been there. I remember when it was being graded, and them framed.

Please come in for a tour, but before you do grab a drink, because your going to want to
 check out the listing

Looking directly at the home as you arrive. Its nice to have a motor court, as this house can accommodate 30 cars, and was meant to entertain.

This is the drive way up to the main level. Yes, they have a lower level
driveway too.

Pretty, right? If you like views, wood beams, outdoor fireplaces,
well, this just might be your next vacation.

The grounds are impeccably kept.

The upper patio overlooking the pool and lawn. Oozing with charm, from the stone floor, outdoor fireplace, and views to Coronado bridge and Mexico.

Another one of the numerous patios for lounging.

The home is encased with windows and light. A view from every room.

One of my favorite features is this ceiling. Sitting in the living room, looking
into the dining room, it's truly breath taking.

In case you want to relax on one of the verandas and would like something to read...

I'm adding in a few pictures from around the home. The detail is beyond
perfection.

Simple sophistication at it's finest! Welcoming and warm, it's a place
that you can't help but to feel relaxed.

I'm going to leave you with this last photo. Exiting the kitchen side door, off to the left,
stone steps lead you down a slope to the pool area.

It was the perfect setting for a birthday party. Packed with her childhood friends,
surrounded with laughter, splashes from the pool, and the warmth of a fire.
A great time was had by all!!!
