Natural holiday decor...

I've been making some changes in my holiday decor over the last few years with out
even realizing it. I've been going more natural.

The things that inspire me most during the holiday's are the simplest.  My fake tree, gone. Replaced by fresh evergreens. All the ornaments remain packed or given away. I do pull out the vintage
"shiny brights" and arrange them in a bowl.

Wreaths are all box woods.

Poinsettias flank the front of the house, as well as the front door.

This makes me happy.

A few shots around town of some decor that inspires me. I hope you enjoy.

I'd like to have a vertical wall vegetable garden!

This photo's from last year. I need to go back to our local
nursery and see what they've done.

I do like the fresh, natural approach.

Have a great week,

  1. Hi Sharon...I feel the same way...I haven't put up my fake tree in a couple of years...Trader Joes has some great Boxwood wreaths..

    1. Funny you would mention that. I just hung the TJ boxwood on my front door. Great minds think a like!!! LOL I ate at Joi cafe in WLV, you should try it!
