What's new?

What's new with you? I've been on a mission to finish up some things that have been
lingering.
It always feels good to cross them off the list.

First things first. I scored some great things this weekend and thought you might like to see
what I found.

Can you believe I questioned this?
I wasn't sure where this one would go, but when I placed it in the room,
it worked for me.

I'm in desperate need of a seagrass rug.
Soon...

I have to thank my friend Tanya for these.
I've already changed the flowers to hot pink and red.
You can't go wrong with fresh flowers.

This is a bit harder to explain...
I'm still working with it, and I don't think it will take shape until
my boxwoods grow into a small hedge. That might be a while...
Say, 2025?
Try and imagine a small hedge, succulents, and a row
of shells. I have two planter beds that are about eight inches
wide, and 6 feet long. A trellis will be growing up the wall once
the house has been painted.

Upon entering my home, the giant clam shell
will be positioned on the entry table. Again, still working
on the moss and I'm thinking of adding a few small succulents.

I got a little distracted with the
beautiful weather....

After all, I can do it tomorrow.

Thanks for stopping in,

Sharon

  3. How clever is that boxwood hedge! I can definitely see where it's headed and I'm loving the look. I don't think I've seen shells used that way...you're so creative.

    1. Hi Leslie,
i'd love to take credit, but this is the thing my friend told me about. I think my interpretation was different than what she described.Let's give a 6 months and see what happens.
      Thanks for dropping in!
