My apologizes...

Hi everyone! I apologize for my absence these last few weeks. I've missed you.
I also would like to thank those who so kindly left messages on my last post!

I'm back, and hope to be on a regular posting schedule.
Let's start with some eye candy.

Very dramatic. Whites look very crisp...Navy Grasscloth Wallpaper; David Scott Interiors:

I've been considering grass cloth for  the living room. I  have it
painted a very dark color, almost black. I find that I like it,
but a navy would be better.

navy door + shutters + Chippendale railing:

Apparently this house has the shutters and door painted navy.
I love everything about this home.
From the railing, down to the blue stone.

Needless to say, I feeling navy right now.
Not to be confused with blue. Not feeling blue.

A lot has been happening around the house. New doors and casing.
Painter was scheduled for tomorrow. Seeing that it's raining
he's now delayed. I'm okay with that because we need the rain!

As soon as he's  finished I'll be able t share the finished product.

Thanks for understanding my absence and hanging in there.
I appreciate each and everyone who stops in,

  1. Hi Sharon,
Beautiful images! I'm loving the contrast of fresh white with navy. On vacation to Zoetry in Riviera Maya in July I feel in love with our suite--it was spectacular. I noticed that the accents, shutters and beams were painted in a deep navy shade. Brilliant! Off to add you to my list. I see that we have lots of mutual friends!
    xx, Heather

    1. Hi Heather,
I tried to add you to my blog roll. I had some trouble. Can you send me the link? I'll try again. I did find you on IG.

  2. Sharon...I love that navy grasscloth..I think it would look beautiful!

  3. Fabulous post! I do love the navy and white contrast too! That first photo is amazing!

    1. Hi Fabiana! I'm so behind at work, and renewing my real estate license...I've been a bad blogger too. As soon as I catch up I can jump on over to Pinterest and join the party. Thank you for thinking of me.
